3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To book a Service, you may use our online booking system, contact us via email, phone, or through an authorized partner. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (via email or official document) from us, including details such as itinerary, price, inclusions, and payment status.

3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking, including full names (as shown on passports), dates of birth, nationality, special requirements (e.g., dietary, accessibility), and emergency contact details.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Currency and Pricing
All prices for our travel packages and services are displayed on our website in United States Dollars (USD) to provide clarity and convenience for our international customers. The USD price is the primary reference price and reflects the total cost of the service as quoted in your booking request or confirmation.

However, please note that all transactions are ultimately processed and settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB), as we are a China-based company operating under local financial regulations. The final amount charged to your payment method will be calculated using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction (typically based on the mid-market rate from major financial institutions such as XE or OANDA, plus any applicable bank or payment processor fees).

We guarantee that the USD equivalent price stated in your booking confirmation will not change once your reservation is confirmed. Even if exchange rates fluctuate between booking and travel date, your cost in USD remains fixed.

Example:

Tour price: $500 USD (as quoted)
On payment date, exchange rate: 1 USD = 7.20 CNY
Amount charged: 3,600 CNY
This ensures transparency and protects you from future currency volatility.
Fluctuations due to bank conversion fees or dynamic currency conversion (DCC) at the point of payment are determined by your financial institution and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your bank to understand how foreign currency transactions are handled.

For customers who prefer pricing in other currencies (e.g., EUR, GBP, JPY), we may provide approximate conversions for reference, but the official contract and settlement will be based on the USD amount confirmed in writing.

Prices are subject to change based on seasonality, availability, government fees, or currency fluctuations. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), bank transfers, and secure online payment platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay for applicable users). Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation.

4.3 Invoicing
Upon full payment, we will issue an official invoice or receipt in accordance with Chinese regulations.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
5.1 Cancellation by You (the Customer)
More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (e.g., 5–10% of total cost).
3–7 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost.
Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Note: Some special or peak-season packages may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation by Us (the Company)
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political events, transportation disruptions, or insufficient group size. In such cases, we will:

Offer a full refund, or
Provide an alternative tour of similar value, or
Reschedule the tour at no extra cost.
We are not liable for any indirect losses (e.g., flight costs, visa fees) incurred due to cancellation.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide safe, high-quality, and enjoyable travel experiences, we are not responsible for:

Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, government authorities)
Loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour
Injury or illness resulting from participation in optional or high-risk activities (e.g., hiking, cycling)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have adequate insurance coverage.

6.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable Chinese laws and regulations during your visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Intellectual Property
